Short Bio
Multimedia artist dedicated mainly to performance art, experimental cinema and colaborative curatorial projects. Graduated in Visual Arts – multimedia and intermedia, in University of São Paulo (USP), master of Visual Arts in University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), and PHd in Multimedia in University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Luana Veiga was born in the city of Campinas, in São Paulo state (Brazil), and spent some years of her life learning to live elsewhere. Lived a bit in São Paulo, another bit in Fortaleza, a tiny bit in Belo Horizonte, a little more in Florianópolis, is currently in Curitiba, and from each place has incorporated words, accents, foods, ways of living, and especially friends. Currently is researching video performances, lectures, makes performances and seeks to live in harmony.
